Bishop's is a delightful southern spot that truly hits the comfort food mark. I opted for the fried chicken, and it was just like grandma used to make - juicy with a perfectly crispy layer. The carrot soufflé? A revelation! The cafeteria-style setup makes grabbing lunch feel personal and quick, and I appreciated the warm atmosphere. While the mashed potatoes could use a bit more thickness, the overall experience was fantastic. Don’t skip dessert; the pecan pie was a lovely end to my meal. Will definitely return! 🍗
