I recently tried Biryani Bar for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! I opted for the butter chicken dum biryani - what a delight! The fragrant, spiced rice was perfectly cooked, and the tender chicken added a wonderful richness. I also enjoyed their mango lassi; it was the ideal pairing. I appreciated the owner's genuine advice on portion sizes, which was spot on. The cozy setup makes it perfect for takeout. Can’t wait to explore more of their unique dishes! 🍛
