I had a delightful evening at Birmingham Blue Nile! The Ethiopian platter we ordered was a burst of flavors, especially the tender meats and perfectly spiced vegetables. The fresh, soft injera paired beautifully with each dish. The cozy atmosphere, complete with ethnic decor, made us feel right at home. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the warm vibe. Don't miss the traditional coffee served in a jebena - it’s a must-try!
