Bigham's Smokehouse is a charming BBQ spot that really knows how to impress! The staff was super friendly and attentive, making my dining experience even better. I devoured the brisket and sausage plate; while the brisket could’ve used a bit more bark, it still held its own flavor-wise.

But the real MVP? The green chili cream corn - simply spectacular! 🌽

Honestly, I'm still dreaming of those succulent green beans! Overall, a solid meal and great atmosphere, but here’s hoping for a bit more consistency next time. Definitely worth a visit! 😊
