I love their aged steak it's my favorite.
The cheese grits and eggs where cooked perfectly.
I just wish they didn't serve microwave bacon lol.
They can get a little busy but it's worth the wait.
Make sure to bring a jacket in winter time because you will be waiting outside in line.
Your wait time could be like 20 to 30 mins too.
The atmosphere was very friendly and nice.
Besides our waitress being sent home because she was under the influence or on something 🙄 everything else was good.

The experience was pleasant, my food was prepared to perfection.
The only drawback I found was the biscuits.
They were not warm or fresh, they were rather tough.
However, it was very excellent, and nothing could surpass the culinary delights of southern cuisine and its consumption.

We’ve gotten takeout from Big Ed’s North several times over the last few years and most of the time the food is on point.
Tonight was different.
There were a couple of things that didn’t meet the quality level that we associate with Big Ed’s.
1) The mac-n-cheese looked like it was the last bit scraped out of the bottom of the pan and was hard and inedible.
2) The baked chicken was meh.
3) The sweet potato cake was delicious but the edges were hard and impossible to eat.
On the other hand, the snap beans and beets were delicious and the country ham was perfectly salty.
After this experience, I don’t think we’ll go back.
