Hidden inside a gas station, Bayou Boudin serves up some of the most delicious comfort food I've ever tasted. The chicken cracklings are an absolute standout - so addictive! 😋 I also tried the boudin balls; while they lacked crispiness, the flavors were rich and satisfying. The service was friendly, and the staff made us feel right at home. We ended our meal with meat pies, which were a delightful treat. If you're in Hammond, this casual spot is a must-visit!
