Baxfood Caribbean offers a casual spot for some interesting Caribbean flavors. I tried the filled dumplings with tofu mushroom, and they were delightful - like little savory donuts bursting with flavor. The fried-to-order process makes a noticeable difference; they were crisp outside and soft inside.

I also had the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. While the chicken was a bit fatty, the plantains were perfectly sweet and the mac and cheese stood out. Overall, a solid experience worth another visit to explore more menu options... 🌶️
