Came here on a Sunday afternoon.
Place was packed, they got plus a table for two and treated us like family.
Delicious food, based on the manager’s recommendation.
Definitely will return when in the area.

I was taken back 30 years, as long as my memory allowed, back to an old school Italian restaurant with mouthwatering traditional food and a friendly, attentive waiter.
Dessert was delicious! Next time I'm taking my friends there with me. It's located at the end of a dead end little street.
There is a sign on the Lily pond road.
The red roof house is on the next corner towards the bridge.

Welcome to one of Staten Islands oldest but best kept secrets! Basilio Inn has been open for business over 100 years yet I never heard of it. This is an excellent, simply designed place to enjoy true Italian culinary treats. The food is excellent as you can see in my pictures, the service is old school attentive and the dessert will not disappoint! Finding this well hidden gem was a bit of an isssue but not their fault.
The GPS takes you to the back.
Go to Lily Pond Ave and you will see the sign to the front door. A definite 5***** Star pizzaman rating!
