Barburrito at Edinburgh Airport pleasantly surprised me during my recent travel stop. I opted for their Loaded Special burrito, and it was a delightful explosion of flavors - a generous portion that kept me satisfied. The staff, particularly Maja, were welcoming and provided excellent service. I appreciated the variety of choices, including vegan options like their surprising vegan “eggs.” The atmosphere was laid-back, perfect for travelers. While the cleanliness could use a little attention, the food made up for it. I’d definitely return! 🌯
