Bar Serra in Utica Square is a delightful gem! The casual, trendy atmosphere makes it perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. I tried the Mahi Mahi fish tacos - absolutely delicious! 🌮
The cocktail selection is impressive, and my skinny margarita was refreshing. While there were some service hitches, with delays in getting attention, Oliver, our server, was friendly once he arrived.
The vibe reminded me of European outdoor patios and it certainly buzzed with energy. I can’t wait to return for a cozy evening, perhaps during a rainstorm! 🌧️
