Banh Mi XO is a delightful gem in Seattle! I recently tried the grilled pork banh mi, and it was absolutely delicious - just the right balance of flavors with marinated meat and fresh veggies. The pickled jalapeños gave it a nice kick too.

The staff is friendly, and the place was spotless.

I also enjoyed their Vietnamese coffee, which was rich and aromatic. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality. I can't wait to come back for more - maybe try the tofu next time! 😊🥪
