Baldy's Barbeque serves up some seriously tasty comfort food in a casual, cozy setting. I dove into their combo platter and was blown away by the tender pulled pork and smokey ribs. The brisket was perfectly cooked, although I would prefer it sliced against the grain next time. The baked beans were a standout - deliciously rich! Service was attentive, even on a busy evening. I can see why families and students flock here. Can’t wait to return for more... 🍖
