AY MI MADRE RESTAURANT AND GRILL is a delightful Dominican gem tucked away in Greensboro. 🥘

I visited recently and was impressed by their vibrant atmosphere and fast service. We started with the arepitas - delicious little bites featuring chicken, beef, and shrimp! For mains, I had the bandeja paisa, which was bursting with flavor, and a scrumptious churrasco with mofongo on the side.

The owner was warm and engaging, and I loved the live music vibe! Just a bit of a wait for our second plate, but I'll definitely be back to explore more dishes. A must-try for sure! 🌟
