I recently dined at Aspendos Mediterranean Cuisine and was impressed by the casual yet trendy atmosphere. We started with the Balloon Bread and Herbed Thyme Oil, which was incredibly fresh and paired beautifully with our drinks. The Mediterranean Branzino was cooked to perfection, and the flavors of the Smoked Roasted Eggplant were delightful. Service was attentive without being intrusive.
