If you’re in Vallecas, Asador de Pollos Lara's could be worth a visit. I opted for the classic roasted chicken combo with fries and peppers. While the atmosphere is welcoming, the chicken was a bit dry and lacked seasoning - definitely not the juicy treat I hoped for. The fries didn’t do much to elevate the meal either.

However, the service was friendly and they have a solid selection of small plates. I might come back just to try their salad bar next time... 🍗
