I have been trying to reach someone from corporate in regards to my experience with the manager at this location.
She was very rude! While we were placing the order, she was rushing us.
She rudely repeated, " is that all?" after every item we ordered.
When I pulled up to pay for my food, I asked her why she had an attitude on the speaker, and she responded, I was trying to get the order.
When I asked for a manager, she said, " I am the manager!" So I said, "that's how you talk to your customers?" She closed the window.
When she returned, she said how much the food total was.
I let her know that I would be calling corporate, and I left.
I didn't purchase the food.
I immediately called corporate, but no one ever answered the phone.
I called several times.
Same thing.
So, that is why I am making this complaint publicly.
I will never go to this location again! The company needs to retrain these managers on customer service.
I hate that I didn't get her name, because I would post it.

Just what was expected.
Nothing extra or over the top.
Bathrooms need some love there was no toilet paper in men's room and the paper towels were not in the dispenser but just left on the counter with wet spots.
Made me wonder what the women's bathroom looked like. Came back for 2nd visit: Arrived at or around 930ish.

Ordered BLT and a fish sandwich.
What I got was not what I expected.
They must've been put of lettuce or they didn't feel like cutting more.
But it's kind of hard to make a BLT without lettuce.
I'm not happy with my purchase of 20$ food and what I got.
I tried to give this place a 2nd chance.
I'm reducing my review to what's fair for stars.
They just keep dropping the ball.

Jan.4th I Arrived For My Interview And It Went Well Speaking With Ms.Sue After My Interview With Ms.Brittany I Was Headed Out The Building I Overheard The Manager Ms.Brittany Talking About My Hair To The Other Employees.
The Other Employees Was In Shock Just Like Myself, If The Manager Is Already Talking About Me Before Hired How Would She Treat Me While Hired.
I Was Very Excited To Work At This Location After Speaking With Ms.Sue But Unfortunately I Was Continue To Look For A More POSITIVE, FRIENDLY Environment! Thank Ms.Sue For The Great Conversation! 🙏🏽
