I recently visited Applebee's Grill + Bar in Detroit and had a pretty mixed experience. While the food was tasty - definitely enjoyed the classic cheeseburger with crispy fries - the service left something to be desired.

We arrived at 4:30 and were quoted a wait of 15-30 minutes, which turned into over half an hour. Once seated, I was disappointed to find there was no ranch for my salad and no parmesan for the shrimp and steak entrée.

Despite these hiccups, the flavors hit the spot, and the prices are reasonable.

I might give it another shot in the future... 🍔✨
