1:30pm visit in 9/1/24 Waitress: Tranice Excellent service.
Friendly, fast, and accurate.
Clean. We had steaks and the fiesta lime chicken.
The broccoli was cooked perfect and all good that was supposed to be hot was hot! Salads cold. We were just passing through, but thankful for a satisfying lunch.

What a terrible experience! Server (Azure) was walking around, lazily.
Her hair was not put up AT ALL! It was big and everywhere.
Shocked if her hair hasn't got into people's food! No customers there because it was 10:00 p.m.
and our food took 40 minutes for chicken broccoli Alfredo and deep fried boneless chicken wings appetizer. The icing on the cake was the server asking if we were "OK" with plastic silverware.
Wait....
WHAT? She said the silverware was in the back and nasty, so she didn't want to get us real silverware! Seriously???? (P.s.
This Applebee's is in a really shady area.) I have been going to Applebee's since I was a teen.....
I'm 50 ish now.
I have never been offered plastic silverware, EVER!

Drink was sludge, had to send back.
Drinks and food came at different times.
Appetizer was forgotten.
Twice.
Server ignored us part of the time and was in the corner laughing and talking.
Would not go back to this location.
This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with Applebee's.
