Apple Spice Junction offers a refreshing take on catered lunches. I recently attended an event where we enjoyed their Herb Chicken sandwich, which was delicious and generously portioned. The presentation was impressive, and the included sides complemented the meal nicely.

However, the “frog eye salad” was off-putting, leaving many hesitant to try it. A napkin upgrade would also enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a solid option for catering, but some menu choices could use a rethink. Looking forward to exploring more dishes... 🥗
