I recently visited Apola Greek Grill at the Galleria at Tyler, and it was delightful! 🌟 I ordered the gyro with spicy hummus, feta, tomatoes, and a touch of spicy aioli, accompanied by crispy French fries topped with beef and lamb shavings. Delicious!

The owner was hands-on, making it feel welcoming. Despite a noisy food court setting, the vibe was relaxed. I appreciate their military and firefighter discounts too. I’ll definitely return for another tasty meal - good food and respect for our service members make this spot a must-try! 🍽️
