We went here unplanned as we were hungry.We initially thought that this is an authentic Mexican food, but apparently not.When we arrived, the tables were empty inside and I saw only two or three tables that were occupied outside.We were seated on a dirty table and the staff didn’t even bother to clean the spilled water on the table - honestly it was kinda shocking.Shortly after that, the staff were arguing among themselves with loud noises (looked like they were about to fight).Anyway, so we ordered steaks (medium cooked) and they gave us well-done cooked steaks.To top it off, the salads and onions seemed to be off, looks like it was sitting in the kitchen for a few days..not fresh at all!! So at the end we just ate the steak and the fries.Finally, they didn’t accept payments by card, which is fine but they could’ve warned as in the beginning with a sign on the door or something.Seriously I find it amazing how this business could survive this long with their food and service qualities.I hope the owner/manager read this comment and take it as a wake up call.Sometimes in business you need to pivot by changing your menu and improve the service quality, before it’s too late.
We had a delightful dining experience at AMOR in Köpenick Altstadt.The Pollo Mani was flavorful, with perfectly cooked chicken and a rich, savory sauce.The burritos were generously filled and had a great balance of spices.Overall, the cozy atmosphere and attentive service made our visit memorable.
I quite like the taste and the portion is huge! And the view outside is pretty nice! I recommend to see outside and enjoy the sunny view with green atmosphere 🍃☘️
