Amina’s African Sambusas is a hidden gem in Boise! 🌟 I visited recently and couldn’t get enough of the traditional Fish Sambusa and the Goat and Rice - each bite was bursting with flavor.

The cozy atmosphere made the experience even better, perfect for solo dining or a casual night out. The staff were wonderfully inviting and patient, guiding us through the menu.

With plenty of parking and Halal options, this spot checks all the boxes. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes, especially the tea everyone raves about! Highly recommend...!
