Amber Restaurant offers a delightful experience amidst the vibrant atmosphere of The Scotch Whisky Experience. I had the best salad there, fresh and flavorful, definitely a standout! The selection of whiskies available for tasting was impressive; our server expertly guided us through the options, making it both enjoyable and informative.

The cozy ambiance and delicious wine made it perfect for a casual lunch. Although they lack toothpicks, the food and service more than made up for it. Highly recommend visiting if you're in Edinburgh! 🍷
