Al Santo is a delightful find! The rustic ambience combined with soft lighting created an incredibly cozy atmosphere. I was blown away by the special lamb tagliatelle - it should definitely make the main menu! The Gorgonzola Tortellini and burrata Ndja pasta were equally impressive. The staff, especially Paulo and Oreste, were exceptionally welcoming. With a rotating menu that highlights different Italian regions, I can't wait to return for more! 🍝
