AJ's 'Ohana Kitchen on Arctic Blvd is a hidden gem! 🍲 The Chicken Adobo was beautifully marinated and tender, and the Lumpia were crispy and satisfying. Loved the cozy, family-friendly vibe. Definitely coming back!
More please!! Came across this place because it was mentioned on FB.We decided to give it a try as we're always looking for a taste of home, Maui.We ordered the Shumai, pork sticks, pancit, mochico chicken, lechon and sesame balls. It was all so good, and definitely gave us the same food we get in Maui.Love it.
Delicious food at a good price. Service was friendly and portions were large. The chicken katsu was crispy and went great with the curry. Also loved the pancit! It was kind of like fried rice, but when noodles. Never expected to have Filipino food in Alaska, but I'm glad I did!
We came for the Hawaiian food and ended up floored by the Filipino food. My daughter always compares lumpia to my mom's friend's recipe and she said the lumpia was "better than Lhing's" which she has never said before! That's high praise. We also got the siopao which was perfectly fluffy, filled with a savory and saucy pork filling. The Hawaiian food was great too! The rice was fluffy.I felt the mac was okay.Less onion more seasoning wouldn't hurt.Your normal tempura shrimp.Well fried and seasoned gyoza.Sweet sesame ball with bean paste. The Huli huli chicken was really great.Juicy, well seasoned, and fried to perfection. Prices were great!
