I recently discovered Addis Ababa Ethiopian Restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! The vegetarian Sambusa was a fantastic start, crispy and flavorful. I also tried the lamb tibs, tender and spiced perfectly, served on that awesome spongy injera.

The atmosphere felt authentic and welcoming, even as the staff enjoyed their meal nearby. It felt like a little slice of Ethiopia in Aurora! If you love Ethiopian cuisine or are looking to explore, this cozy spot is a must-visit. I can't wait to go back for another feast! 🌟
