Abyssinia Ethiopian Restaurant is a gem in Memphis! 🌟 I recently tried the Yetsome Beyaynetu and the Salmon Gulash, and both were delightful. The dishes were mild, but the flavors were rich and comforting.

The generous portions meant leftovers for days - definitely a bonus! I couldn’t get enough of the vegetarian platter, especially the red lentils and injera, which was perfect for scooping up all the goodness.

Oh, and don’t skip the spiced tea; it’s wonderfully gingery! The welcoming service made me feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back! 😊
