If you’re in Jerusalem, Abu-Hassan is a must-visit! Their hummus truly stands out as the best I’ve ever tried - so silky and flavorful! The generous portions are perfect for sharing or indulging alone.

The casual atmosphere is inviting, although it can get quite busy - be prepared to arrive early if you want to snag a seat. I recommend pairing the hummus with their falafel for a delightful experience. Just keep in mind they close around 1 PM. Overall, a lovely spot for a fulfilling meal! 🍽️
