Abierto's is a cozy spot for affordable Mexican fare right in Salem. 🌮 I swung by for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised by how speedy the service was - my order took just six minutes!

The breakfast burrito was huge, but I felt it could use a bit more protein to balance out the fries. The atmosphere was lively, with a fun kitchen vibe as the staff (including a cheerful singer!) added a unique touch.
