November 29, 2024Abelardo’s Mexican Restaurant is a delightful find in Columbia! 🌮 I indulged in the Steak fajita nachos which were packed with flavor, though a bit oily on the outside. The chips were perfectly crispy! The menu offers a nice variety, making it tough to choose just one dish. I was intrigued by the cheesecake chimichanga - I’d recommend giving it a try! With its vibrant décor and clean atmosphere, it’s a welcoming spot. Can’t wait to come back for a burrito and a stuffed churro!
