A Tan Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar offers a delightful dining experience in New Braunfels! I recently tried the Dark Rainbow roll, and it was impeccable - bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The Miso soup warm and hearty, paired nicely with a fresh salad featuring a tangy secret dressing.

While the decor is quite basic, the friendly staff made the atmosphere inviting, evoking a sense of genuine hospitality that feels rare. Prices are reasonable, especially given the quality. I’d gladly revisit for more foodie adventures... 🍣
