Went there with my wife to have supper around 6 o’clock at 4/18/24 food was cold and not cooked enough,potato skins were burnt.The only thing that they had going for them was the popcorn 🍿 the service took forever waitress was nice but for what we had to pay it was definitely not worth it specially for a raw bacon Cheeseburger when you ask for medium well🤦♂️ oh and I had to ask for the fries that come with it waitress stated that no I ordered coleslaw and not the fries.See slip where clearly says fries french and burger medium well.Take the extra drive to the Brattleboro, Vermont location it’s worth it.

Love it! The experience was awesome.Our server Alexis was the best.She was friendly and attentive.When she realized that my wife didn't like her food ( she thought it was too salty) she advised the manager and the made thing right.Both the manager and Alexis went a ove and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Next time we are up in Northern Mass.We will make sure to stop again.
To start, it was soooo cold inside my teeth were chattering and I over heard another party complain about it.It was so cold it was painful. I'm on a diet and frankly ALL restaurants in America serve way too big a portion on our plates.But to 99's credit they put the calorie amount next to every dish.I opted out of the fries and Cole slaw, just wanted the wrap.It was huge and alone it was 780 calories.French fries 1000 calories and the coleslaw was I think 80.The waitress gave me the nastiest look and shook her head at me, stood there and questioned my choice.Was not a fan of that behavior. The wrap was so good and huge.I'd order it again in a hot minute and probably will.But that waitress and her attitude needs to be in check.Give the customer what they want with a smile and voice your opinion out of range, like in the kitchen or break room.
