3 Pepper Burrito Company definitely caught my attention. I popped in for a late-night bite and was thrilled to find delicious warm churro chips and cold Coke in a glass bottle - perfection!

I went for the spicy chicken burrito bowl, which had fresh ingredients and a nice flavor kick, though I wish it had a bit more heat. The staff was friendly and quite helpful, especially Colin, who shared some tasty recommendations for next time.
