I enjoyed a lovely dinner at 1917 Restaurant! The Char-Grilled Salmon was perfectly cooked, complemented by an attentive staff. The Parmesan garlic tots were a delightful surprise. Despite a cafeteria-like vibe, the fast service and tasty cocktails make it worth a return visit!

Located in the Embassy Suites, 1917 Restaurant delivers a delightful dining experience! 🌟 My husband and I dropped in for dinner and were eager to sample their offerings. I started with the tortilla soup, which had a nice spicy kick. For mains, I had the Char-Grilled Salmon Fillet, while my husband enjoyed the Char-Grilled Short Rib Burger with those delicious Parmesan garlic tots.
The service was impressive - attentive and full of great suggestions. While the ambiance felt a bit cafeteria-like, we loved the cozy outdoor seating options. We can't wait to return for brunch and try those famous cocktails! 🍹 Overall, a wonderful experience!
