Dining at 111 by Modou was quite the adventure! We opted for the 10-course tasting menu, which paired beautifully with wines, enhancing every bite. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a night out.

I particularly enjoyed the live cooking and the thrill of guessing the ingredients. While some dishes were richer than expected, the overall experience was fantastic, made even better by attentive staff.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in Glasgow for a unique fine dining experience! 🍷
