Fork restaurant in Boise, is all about family business. This place, apart from the great food, is special for the way it works.

Owned by Cameron and Amanda lumsden, a husband and wife from Boise Idaho, who build this restaurant with a loyal to local commitment, which means that every bite or sip you take in their restaurant, was made in Boise or northwest aria.

Farmers that grow the food, breweries who make the beer, bakers, and cheese makers, from the smallest thing to the main cores, everything comes from a local creation.

In the menu

In the menu you can find different dishes for different mods.

There are some innovative ideas for combinations in the dishes ,some classic foods with the restaurant’s own twist to it, rich with flavors , and highly original.

From starters like “tomato basil fondue & grilled cheese” to a main cores of “Slow Roasted Coconut Rum Curry Spare Ribs” for example.

Amongst many other main dish choices, they offer salads, fresh from the farm, a yummy choice of burgers, and some beautiful handmade deserts too.

A surprisingly large selection of wines, beers and cocktails is also presenting itself in this restaurant’s menu, considering that it is all made in local places.
